To protect the customers’ rights, the company provides free repair and replacement of the warranted crane parts to recover the machine’s performance and ensure the customers' normal operation of the machine as long as customers comply the operation regulations.

The warranty period for the machine and parts is three months from the date of purchase. The machine warranty includes the dysfunctional hydraulic motor, multi-way valve, the balance valve, the hydraulic lock, and the slewing mechanism with broken teeth; the welding of the stand, the support legs, and the boom.

The easy to wear parts such as combination pads, O-rings, Wire ropes, etc., are not warranted.

The damages caused by the following situations are not warranted: The damages due to improper maintenance or the man-made damages; The damages caused by disassembly and adjustment without the factory's approval; No receipt or warranty certificate.

Chassis manufacturer is responsible for Chassis warranty, the crushed chassis frame due to illegal operation are not within the warranty.
